Integrative consultation, initiation and development of an internal change process
We were brought on board to help develop a series of workshops to be held in 5 different countries worldwide. Sustainability, responsibility and a long term vision are three key components of BMW’s business strategy. The aim of this project was to reach out to opinion leaders, students and stakeholders to discuss their ideas and needs with regards to urban Mobility.
First stop: Los Angeles. The largest city in California, also famous for its high traffic volume and mobility challenges. It was the perfect location to talk about shifting attitudes from a car-dominated to a modern multimodal transport system, and to asses how BMW can support this change.We developed the concept for the format “BMW Group Dialogues”, supported the local team with regards to implementation and designed and lead the workshops. As lead agency, communication consultants and content curators, we were able to ask the right questions and highlight the most important topics. The result: a valuable collaborative outcome for all involved.
Next step towards urban mobility of the future: Shenzhen and Melbourne.
