Longterm consulting project to improve Corporate Culture, Personnel Development and Business Model.
We were brought on board to activate and support the Corporate Culture change of a financial service provider with over 300 employees. The aim was to create opportunities for personnel development and optimize their business model.
Together we aimed to build an even stronger team, that could fulfill the ever changing demands to become a bank of the future. Our process covered communicative measures, as well as supporting the development of a new, stronger customer focused business model. The crucial factor in this transformation process was to actively engage employees from all levels. This way we laid the foundation for an open and sustainable work environment. Working with interdisciplinary teams guaranteed a long-term implementation of our strategic goals.
