Integrative consultation, initiation and development of an internal change process
We were tasked with initiating and developing a comprehensive internal change process for the Communication Department of a leading German automobile manufacturer.
Together we designed a procedure that improved efficiency and guaranteed sustainable results. These changes involved both structural and behavioral aspects.
The challenge lay in defining the vision that would underpin all steps of the process. We also worked on improving their corporate culture, strengthening its resilience to change. The exercise concluded with an interdepartmental communication plan that helped create a transparent and contemporary work atmosphere. We then rolled out the new strategies, structures and procedures together with management and employees.
