Strategic support for the promotion of innovation of a government organization dedicated to development cooperation.
The aim of this strategic consulting project was to create a common ground for the promotion of innovation in the 120 countries this organization operates. On the basis of two departments’ existing experiences we analyzed the status quo as well as the needs from an operative and a business perspective. Our specially created un/bubbled inc. session helped define their vision and areas of activity, and collect suggestions for improvement. Implementing those aspects highlighted the relevance for innovation within the organization with more than 17.000 employees worldwide.
