Communication strategy for a new Brand

When we were appointed as brand consultants by Standortmarketing-Gesellschaft Miesbach Tegernsee (SMG) they set us a very exciting task: to help them turn the region of Miesbach into an attractive innovation hub in Bavaria. We were to raise awareness of the area and maximise its economic potential for young entrepreneurs. The cooperative wanted to create room for Creativity and Exchange and build a community, all which would add value to the region and attract smart heads and emerging companies.
The challenges set for us ranged from defining the brand and creating a storyline for a successful communication strategy, as well as designing formats and events that would resonate with their target audience. Our experience in brand strategy meant we had the right tools methods on hand to reach our goals collaboratively.
